One of the characteristics of civilized man is a dialogue. Dialogue through fine art allows us to learn not only about the ideas and tendencies in contemporary art but also shows the differencies of approach, topics and individual strategies of fine art artists. Cooperation, creative confrontation and discovering modern tendencies and topics on the Central European art scene is a good basis for the development and encouragement of new ideas. That is what the Festival meant for me and my wife. Our exhibition focused on the topic of Serbian and Slovak dialogue, and it was very interesting to see the similarities between poetics of individual artists, and how they responded to different themes.
